Volunteer

As you can imagine, an event like VOICE is a very big and complex undertaking. The more help we can get... the better. Before, during, and immediately after the conference we rely on a number of volunteers to help out with a variety of functions. Our volunteers are one of the keys to the success of VOICE.

Our Volunteer coordinator handles the staffing for our two areas of volunteer assistance.

• Advance Team - This group of volunteers is our front-line source of information and response during the course of promoting the VOICE conference.
• On-site Volunteer Staff - These are the folks who assist with sign-in, manage the doors for each session, handle session timing, work closely with presenters, and assist in innumerable other ways to keep the conference running smoothly.
