Volunteer
As you can imagine, an event like VOICE is a very big and complex undertaking. The more help we can get... the better. Before, during, and immediately after the conference we rely on a number of volunteers to help out with a variety of functions. Our volunteers are one of the keys to the success of VOICE.
Our Volunteer coordinator handles the staffing for our two areas of volunteer assistance.
- Advance Team - This group of volunteers is our front-line source of information and response during the course of promoting the VOICE conference.
- On-site Volunteer Staff - These are the folks who assist with sign-in, manage the doors for each session, handle session timing, work closely with presenters, and assist in innumerable other ways to keep the conference running smoothly.
If you’d like to apply for a volunteer position, please send an e-mail to volunteer@voice2010.com. It may be a few weeks before our Volunteer Coordinator contacts you. Please keep in mind that we have a limited number of volunteer positions available and we will not be able to accept everyone who submits a volunteer application.
