VOICE 2010 Co-Hosts
Listen to Bobbin and Dave talk about VOICE 2010!
We are extremely pleased to have Dave Courvoisier return once again as a VOICE 2010 host. Dave has been an integral part of VOICE since its inception in 2007. This year, we’ve teamed up Dave with our own Bobbin Beam.
Bobbin has also been part of VOICE from the very beginning as a volunteer at both VOICE 2007 and VOICE 2008. This year, Bobbin puts her extensive stage and performing experience to work as part of our VOICE 2010 Co-host Team.
ABOUT BOBBIN BEAM:
Chances are you've heard Bobbin Beam's voice somewhere. She's been heard in many countries, in thousands of commercials, narrations, telephony and voicemail recordings, audio books, documentaries, and promos. ABC, Disney Channel, and Fortune 500 companies have used Bobbin's Voice... warm, friendly, professional, sexy, real, and sincere. Bobbin is comfortable recording highly technical narrations as she is being that smooth-sounding voice in television commercials, promos and documentaries.
Bobbin Beam's professional career began in 1970, when she became one of Wisconsin's first female radio broadcasters and air personality in Milwaukee. She attended University of Dallas and Carroll College, majoring in Theater and Mass Communications. Bobbin's broadcast career spanned twenty years among seven radio stations two television stations, and three major markets, including management positions. In 1980, Bobbin launched a successful ad agency, On the Beam Productions, allowing her to further explore the art of voice acting. It was upon her move to Southern California in 1984, when voiceover became her passion, her craft, her art and full-time career.
