Please read this important information about VOICE 2010. Moving past this page to register for VOICE signifies your understanding and agreement to the following VOICE event policies, terms, and conditions:

Summary of VOICE Policies, Terms & Conditions:

1. The VOICE conference is a production of VoiceActing, LLC and is produced as part of our VoiceActing Academy with the intention of helping voiceover professionals raise the standards of the voiceover industry. Our objective is to provide excellent and actionable information and training that attendees can put to use immediately to improve their business and performing skills.
    
2. The Red Carpet Reception is an invitation-only pre-conference event. Anyone involved in the voiceover and related film, radio, television, audio production, advertising, and performing arts industries is welcome to attend. This event is free to qualified industry professionals.
    
3. In order to provide an efficient means for delivering tickets, registration information and other materials, we require anyone attending any VOICE event to set up a FREE VoiceActing Academy account. There is no charge to set up your account. Only upon setting up your account will you have access to admission tickets and conference registration information. Your account is also the best way for us to communicate with you to advise of any conference updates, additions, or changes.
    
4. Setting up your VoiceActing Academy account and adding an event or item will result in a confirmation e-mail with login information and instructions for obtaining a ticket, downloading additional materials, or accessing web pages or files. YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR CONFERENCE MATERIALS BY LOGGING IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
    
5. Setting up your VoiceActing Academy account does NOT register you for any conference events that require a tuition payment. The Red Carpet Reception is FREE and does not require any payment. Adding the Red Carpet Reception to your account is completely separate from adding any other registered event.
    
6. We use PayPal as our preferred payment portal. PayPal will accept payments from any credit card or your PayPal account. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal.
    
7. Upon completion of registration payment through PayPal, you will be redirected to a confirmation “Thank-you” web page where you can add additional items like the VOICE Banquet. If you are NOT redirected to the confirmation and completion page, please click HERE.
    
8. The conference hotel has a limited number of rooms available at our VOICE discount. We suggest that you book your hotel room early to avoid disappointment or having to find lodging at another nearby hotel. When our discounted room block is sold out, room reservations will revert to the hotel’s regular room rate at the time you are making your reservation. Although we may be able to acquire additional rooms at a later date, we cannot guarantee this and cannot guarantee that any rooms booked after we are sold out will receive the same discount available for early bookings.
    
9. We do not validate parking for event attendees. However we have arranged for a Valet parking discount for those attending our events. Mention VOICE to receive our parking discount. There is no discount available for self-parking. Details are in your Registration Package.
    
10. All registration payments made through this web site are final. We cannot refund or adjust any tuition or optional item payments after your PayPal transaction has been processed. WE ASK THAT YOU VERIFY AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PAYPAL SHOPPING CART BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR TRANSACTION.
     
11. By entering conference premises and/or participating in any VOICE event or activity you understand and agree that your voice and/or likeness may be photographed and/or recorded (audio or video) for possible use in a VOICE promotional item, press release, or as part of a product that may be sold. Your attendance and/or participation is your release of any liability on the part of the VOICE conference producers and constitutes your agreement that you will not receive or be entitled to any compensation should any conference recordings or photographs be included as part of a product that might be sold. A detailed release is included in the VOICE Registration Package, in the VOICE Conference Workbook, and on signs located at the entrance to the conference event areas.     IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE VOICE EVENTS.
