VOICE 2010 MEDIA & PRESS

For security and tracking purposes, we require all VOICE participants to set up a VoiceActing-VOICE account. This includes all News Journalists, Photographers, and other Media and Press representatives.
Media and Press representatives must present appropriate credentials at the VOICE 2010 VIP-MEDIA registration desk before a Media Pass will be issued. You must provide your media affiliation, full name, telephone number, and contact information in addition to the Media Pass “ticket” you will download from your account.
The following Media Pass policies apply to all media:
- If you would like to arrange an interview with the producers of this conference: A VOICE 2010 Presenter, or one of our special guests, please contact us at: media@voice2010.com or by calling 858 484-0220 M-F, 10am-5pm Pacific Time.
- If you are with broadcast media or an industry trade journal: We request a copy of any news reports, photographs, interviews, or articles that might be used as part of a news report or media piece about this event or one of our featured presenters or special guests. Our event coordinator will contact you after the event to follow up.
- If you are videotaping on behalf of one of our presenters: As a condition of your media pass, we require a copy of the raw video for our archives and possible use for promotion of future VOICE conferences. The copy can be delivered on DVD, data DVD-Rom as a .avi file, or on consumer mini-dv video tape. The copy of your video should be delivered within 30 days following the close of the conference. Your video will not be released or re-edited, with the exception of short clips that might be excerpted for use in future VOICE conference promotion. If you are also registered for the full conference, your Media Pass will grant you access to all events on all days, with the exception of the Banquet (unless you also have a banquet reservation.)
- Each media representative must be registered separately: This includes each member of a media-press crew: producer, reporter, journalist, photographer, sound, videographer, grips, assistants, etc.
- Each media representative must must wear a VOICE 2010 Media Pass to gain admittance to conference areas. Your media credentials alone will NOT provide access to our event areas.
- Media Passes are limited to ONLY ONE DAY unless you are also registered for the VOICE conference (see above).
Evening and extra charge events require a separate Media Pass.
Only 1 Media Pass will be issued per day.
- If you require access on multiple days or need multiple passes for one day, please contact us directly at info@voice2010.com or call 858.484.0220 during business hours of 10am-5pm M-F, Pacific time.
- If you are with broadcast media or a news organization, and would like to attend all three days of the VOICE 2010 conference, please contact us to request a registration code. You must include your media affiliation in your e-mail or call 858.484.0220.
- Your Media-Press status gives you one complimentary admission (per person) to all conference events only on the day of your pass, including the Exhibit Hall.
- Your Media Pass grants admission only and does not include meals, food service, or any items for which a fee is charged.
- Click on the “Register” button below for your complimentary VOICE MEDIA-PRESS Application.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions for logging in to your account to download and print your Media-Press Application ticket.
- Present the ticket at the VOICE VIP-Media desk to receive your Media-Press Pass on-site.
- If you need your Media Passes mailed to you, please call us at 858.484.0220 after submitting the form below.
- Registering on this page signifies your understanding and agreement to VOICE policies.
