Registration & Sign-in
After you register for VOICE 2010, please log in to your VOICE account to download and print your sign-in conference ticket and your ticket for the Red Carpet Reception (if applicable). Your ticket(s) must be filled out with the requested information and presented at check-in. If you do not have your printed ticket ready you will be asked to move to a different line for verification of your conference or reception registration.
ADVANCE REGISTRATION (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED):
Advance registration for VOICE 2010 should be done on-line through the Registration menu link on the home page of this web site. We suggest that you register as early as possible to get the lowest tuition.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION:
You may register on-site during the Early Sign-in hours on Wednesday, June 2nd and beginning at 7am on June 3rd. On-site registration is by cash or credit card only at the full tuition fee. Personal checks will not be accepted for registration. Present your Conference Registration Ticket (filled out) to receive your Conference Name Badge.
EARLY SIGN-IN:
Pre-registered conference attendees may take advantage of Early Sign-in and Show Bag pick-up on Wednesday, June 2nd between the hours of 1pm and 4:30pm only. Present your Conference Registration Ticket (filled out) to receive your Conference Name Badge. At this time, we do not plan to offer Early Sign-in during Red Carpet Reception check-in.
CONFERENCE SIGN-IN:
VOICE 2010 Sign-in and Show Bag pick-up will officially open at 7am on Thursday morning, June 3rd and will remain open during most conference hours.
RED CARPET RECEPTION CHECK-IN:
Registered Red Carpet Reception guests may check in on the Pavilion level beginning at 5:30pm on Wednesday, June 2nd. Please have your printed Red Carpet Reception ticket filled out and ready to present at the Check-in desk.
SHOW BAG PICKUP:
IMPORTANT: Please log in to your VOICE account to download and print your VOICE Show Bag ticket. Complete the requested information and bring your ticket with you when you sign-in.
Due to the valuable nature of the VOICE Show Bag you MUST present your Show Bag ticket. If you do not present your printed Show Bag ticket you will NOT be issued a Show Bag.
Your VOICE 2010 Show Bag is a very valuable item containing your conference workbooks, the VOICE Magazine/Program and many other items. Please take good care of your bag as we cannot replace it, or any of its contents, if you lose or misplace it.
VOICE 2010 Show Bags will only be available for pick-up at the Show Bag window on the California level. To receive your Show Bag you must first sign-in to receive your VOICE Name Badge. After receiving your Name Badge, proceed to the Show Bag pick-up window.
You must show your Name Badge and present your signed Show Bag ticket before you will be given your Show Bag. Only one Show Bag will be issued per attendee. There are no replacements for lost or missing Show Bags. No exceptions!
